Clifford Chance advises SAL Saudi Logistics Services on the acquisition of Aviapartner Liège

SAL Saudi Logistics Services, an integrated logistics and supply chain solutions provider, acquired Aviapartner Liège, which provides ground handling and cargo air services at Liège Airport in Belgium, from the Aviapartner Group.

The Clifford Chance team was led by Gillis Waelkens, with a core team consisting of Avril Miller, Maxime Vander Motten and Elsa Neugroschl. The team further included Gert Cuppens, Philippe Grignard, Gauthier Peemans, Pieter De Bock, Stijn Van Walleghem, Sabrina Spoor, Merel van den Burg and Pascal Borsjé. The Clifford Chance team worked in close collaboration with AS&H Clifford Chance in Riyadh.
