
Clifford Chance has successfully advised Repsol Renovables on securing a long-term project financing for the construction and operation of a 400 MWp portfolio of renewable energy projects in Spain.
The EUR 348 million financing was granted by a syndicate of lenders and covers solar and wind assets in Spain, operating under both merchant and contracted regimes.
Clifford chance’s role included the drafting and negotiation of all necessary finance documentation ensuring the successful execution of the transaction.
