Clifford Chance advises Rabobank, ABN AMRO and ING on Heijmans’ €210 million revolving credit facility

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Rabobank, ABN AMRO and ING, as lenders, on the €210 million refinancing of Royal Heijmans N.V.’s existing revolving credit facility.

The agreement was coordinated by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. (Rabobank) and concluded with the existing banking syndicate of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., ING Bank N.V. and Rabobank. Read more about this transaction here.
