Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Pollen Street Capital on its acquisition of Universal Banking, a leading provider of mission-critical core banking software to over 150 financial institutions worldwide, in a carve-out from Finastra.
The team advising Pollen Street Capital was co-led by partners Graham Phillips (Private Equity) and Ashley Prebble (Financial Institutions Group) with support from partner Zayed Al-Jamil (Tech/Digital) and senior associates Artem Paoutov, Fergus Grady and Orsolya Gondos.
