
Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising Pollen Street and its portfolio company Keylane on the proposed acquisition of Heywood from BlackRock Long Term Private Capital. Heywood is a leading pension technology and software solutions provider for pension plans, administrators and employers in the UK and North America.
The Clifford Chance team is being co-led by corporate partners Ashley Prebble and Imogen Ainsworth alongside private capital partner Graham Phillips. They are supported by Fergus Grady, Josh Higgins, Ayush Vijayvargiya, Eleanor Burkin, Anita Arianpour and Zoraver Mehta.
