Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Sacyr, S.A. on the successful issuance of its inaugural sustainability-linked Schuldschein loan.
The transaction was jointly arranged by UniCredit Bank GmbH and ING, a branch of ING-DiBa AG. The Clifford Chance team advised Sacyr, S.A. on all legal aspects of the transaction.
Clifford Chance has extensive experience advising international issuers and financial institutions in connection with Schuldschein loans, a German law-governed yet internationally established financing instrument and regularly supports cross-border transactions in this market.
