Clifford Chance advises Paragon Partners on the acquisition of Babtec

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Paragon Partners on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Babtec Informationssysteme GmbH. Completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.

Babtec is a leading provider of integrated quality management software in the DACH region.

Founded in 2004, Paragon is one of Europe’s leading private equity firms. Headquartered in Munich, Paragon manages more than €2.4 billion in equity capital.
