Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Palladium Equity Partners’ portfolio company Quirch Foods, a leading distributor and exporter of protein and specialty food products across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America, in its US$1.1 billion strategic debt refinancing from a consortium of lenders.
Partners Thomas Critchley and David Schultz led the transaction along with associates Aino Maaria Mäkisalo and Christian Reese.
