
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Comarch’s shareholders, the Filipiak family, in connection with the announcement of a tender offer for Comarch shares, which CVC Capital Partners, a global private equity fund, will acquire. Comarch is one of the largest Polish IT companies and its shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
