Clifford Chance has advised investment company NPM Capital on the debt financing aspects of its majority acquisition in the Probo group, an industry leading print production house.
The transaction completed in October 2023 and will support Probo’s operational efficiency, innovation, as well as accelerating and executing its strategic growth.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Boudewijn Vermeer and consisted of Jelle Hofland, Laure Lusteau, Daniela Chilkevitsh, Jasper Leistra (Finance) and Stern Flik (Tax).
