Clifford Chance has advised Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (“MSIP”) on the financing of the acquisition from Sacyr of Valoriza Servicios Ambientales (“Valoriza”) for an enterprise value of 734 million euros.
This transaction constitutes MSIP’s first investment in the waste management sector.
