Clifford Chance advises Macquarie Asset Management on its agreement to divest stakes in Polish fibre infrastructure owner and telecommunications operator

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Macquarie Asset Management (Macquarie), which, on behalf of Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5, has agreed to divest its interest in Fiberhost, an open-access fibre-to-the-home network provider, and INEA, a telecommunications services provider, to Deutsche Telekom, with both companies to become part of T-Mobile Polska.

The Clifford Chance team advising Macquarie was jointly led by Partners Agnieszka Janicka and Jonathan Dillon with other senior M&A lawyers including Tomasz Derda and Tomasz Szekalski in Warsaw and Craig Grant and Augusta Thorneycroft in London. The broader team included Natalia Hartung, Kacper Bardan, Kamila Świerk, Adam Szyndler and Jakub Seweryn in Warsaw and Ross Nixon in London.
