Global law firm Clifford Chance, long term advisors to London City Airport (LCY), have advised on the debt package of £490m in senior debt facilities.
London City Airport connects to over 30 leisure and business destinations in the UK, Europe and beyond. This financing will be used to refinance the existing debt of the Company and to support future growth initiatives.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Julia House, with support from senior associates William Goulbourne and Lydia Morrell and associate Jacquelin Tan (Debt Finance).
