Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Link Fund Solutions Limited on the sale of its UK authorised funds management business (excluding its liabilities relating to its management of the LF Woodford Equity Income Fund) to the Waystone Group.

The sale forms part of a wider disposal by the Link Group of its Fund Solutions business to the Waystone Group.
