Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders, ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank, in relation to the €210 million refinancing secured by Royal FloraHolland, the largest international floriculture marketplace for flowers and plants, operating as both an association of growers and a business entity.
The refinancing provides financial room in the coming years to invest in the strategy, which includes sustainability, real estate and day-to-day services.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Titus de Vries and Amin Tamaddoni, and the team further consisted of Arezo Zarbaf, Dilan Ata (GFM), Laura Stegeman (Notary), Sanne Blankestijn (Employment), Stern Flik and Robin Houtveen (Tax).
