Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Kingspan, a global leader in advanced insulation and building envelope solutions, on the acquisition of Mercor’s daylighting and ventilation business. The transaction was characterized by its complex, international scope due to the corporate structure of Mercor and its subsidiaries, which operate across eight jurisdictions: Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
