Clifford Chance advises Jackson Square Aviation on 20-aircraft sale-and-leaseback programme with IndiGo

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Jackson Square Aviation (JSA), a leading global commercial aircraft lessor, on a sale-and-leaseback programme with IndiGo covering 20 Airbus A320neo aircraft. The programme supports IndiGo’s continued growth across its domestic and international network while further strengthening the long-standing relationship between JSA and the airline. IndiGo is India’s largest airline and one of the world’s fastest-growing carriers.
