
Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising Japanese trading house ITOCHU Corporation in its acquisition from Tokyo Century Corporation of a 50% equity interest in, and establishment of a joint management structure for, TC Skyward Aviation U.S., Inc., which owns aircraft lessor Aviation Capital Group LLC. The purchase price is expected to be approximately US$1.946 billion, subject to certain adjustments.
