Clifford Chance advises initial purchasers on US$2 billion notes issuance by SMBC Aviation Capital Finance DAC

Global law firm Clifford Chance advised the initial purchasers in connection with SMBC Aviation Capital Finance DAC’s issuance of US$2 billion aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes consisting of US$650 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2029, US$750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.200% Senior Notes due 2031, and US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.700% Senior Notes due 2036, each guaranteed by SMBC Aviation Capital Limited.
