Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Hillwood, one of the leading investors, owners and developers in the commercial real estate sector, on the sale of a portfolio of four logistics properties in Poland for EUR 150 million.
The portfolio comprises four logistics assets developed by Hillwood, including Hillwood Łódź Górna, Hillwood Wrocław City I, Hillwood Wrocław City II, and Hillwood Bieruń. The assets are located across Poland’s key logistics markets, including Central Poland, Wrocław and Upper Silesia. Together, the properties provide over 200,000 sq m of warehouse and office space.
The transaction highlights continued investor interest in logistics real estate assets in Poland and reflects the ongoing development of the country’s logistics infrastructure.
The Clifford Chance team advising Hillwood was led by Bartosz Kaniasty (Counsel) and included Katarzyna Pączek (Senior Associate) and Maria Janiak (Associate).
