Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood, a leading commercial real estate developer and investor, on the refinancing of Hillwood Ożarów III logistics park, which was acquired in the first quarter of 2024. The €28.5 million loan was granted by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.
Hillwood Ożarów III is an A-class logistics park located adjacent to national road 92 and a short distance from Pruszków junction on the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw with Poznań and Berlin. From the facility it is only 20 km to Warsaw’s Fryderyk Chopin Airport and the city centre of the capital. The entire complex consists of four warehouse halls with a total area of almost 80,000 sq. m.
