International law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood, a leading developer of production and warehouse space, on the financing of the construction of three warehouse parks: in Częstochowa, near Rawicz and in Łazy near Warsaw, for a total amount of over EUR 89 million, provided by Bank Pekao S.A. All of the logistics parks are BREEAM certified as a commitment to sustainable construction and care for the environmental. The Hillwood Częstochowa City project has already received BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
The team advising on the transactions included lawyers from the Real Estate & Construction department: Maciej Bocheński (Counsel), who was responsible for the real estate finance aspects of the transactions, and Adrian Król (Associate) and Michał Przybysz (Senior Associate), who advised on construction law aspects.
