Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood Polska, a leading commercial real estate investor and developer, on the acquisition of two industrial and logistics parks from Deka Immobilien – Industrial Park Bieruń and Industrial Park Tychy – with a total area of above 153,000 sq. m. The purchase price for both projects was approximately EUR 100 million, making it one of the largest acquisitions on the Polish warehouse real estate market in 2025.
