Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood, a leading developer of production and warehouse space, on the acquisition of a property from LCube, a Polish warehouse developer. They also advised on the development management agreement and general construction agreement. The Hillwood & LCube Wroclaw East industrial and warehouse complex will offer Class A warehouse space and meet ‘Excellent’ BREEAM certification standards.
