Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Harbour Energy plc on the completion of its acquisition of substantially all the subsidiaries of Waldorf Energy Partners Ltd and Waldorf Production Ltd, following the sanction of two parallel Part 26A Restructuring Plans, receipt of all regulatory approvals and settlement of all creditors’ claims against the acquired Waldorf subsidiaries.
