
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Goldman Sachs International as sole arranger and lead manager on the GBP280 million Equinix xScale Secured Funding 2026-1 transaction, single-tranche fixed-rate secured bond issuance secured by operational data centres located in Slough, one of the UK’s largest data centre hubs. The transaction builds on Clifford Chance’s involvement in landmark digital infrastructure public issuances and debt financings across Europe.
