Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Enwind (TotalEnergies Group) on a PLN 199 million financing granted by mBank in order to cover the cost of construction of Głuchów II wind farm and to refinance the existing Głuchów I wind farm. The combined capacity of both wind farms is 40 MW.
Paweł Puacz (Partner) supervised the transaction. The financing team was led by Michał Jadwisiak (Counsel) and included Joanna Korycińska (Associate) with Oliwia Hutnik (Senior Associate) and Adrian Król (Senior Associate) working on the due diligence stream.
