Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Eiffel Transition Infrastructure, an investment fund managed by Eiffel Investment Group, on a joint venture with Optima Wind to establish WindLight, a company aimed at developing photovoltaic and wind farms of over 1GW.
Through this new transaction, WindLight will develop a diversified portfolio of 14 projects, comprising PV projects of 888 MW and wind assets of 266 MW.
