Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised DistribAire, Inc, a heating, ventilation and air condition company, on its sale to Impact Climate Technologies, a portfolio company of Ardian France S.A.
The transaction was led by partner Jonathan Bobinger and associate Adebola Akisanya.
