Clifford Chance has advised Cesce, the Spanish Export Credit Agency (ECA), on its inaugural guarantee issued on behalf of the Spanish State to the European Investment Bank (EIB). The guarantee supports a EUR 500 million green loan facility provided by the EIB to Iberdrola for the development of the Windanker offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea.
