Clifford Chance has advised BNP Paribas and Santander as Global Coordinators, together with the other bookrunners, on the successful EUR 1.15 billion dual tranche senior bond issuance by Interparking SA under its newly established Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme.
The issuance comprises two tranches of senior notes and represents a significant financing milestone for Interparking, one of Europe’s leading parking operators. The offering attracted strong demand from a broad base of institutional investors, reflecting market confidence in Interparking’s business model and credit profile.
