Clifford Chance advises Blackstone, Brookfield and KKR on their US$ 16.0 billion infrastructure partnership with Kuwait Oil Company

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised a consortium of international infrastructure and institutional investors led collectively by Blackstone, Brookfield and KKR on their US$ 16.0 billion infrastructure partnership with Kuwait Oil Company. This commitment represents the largest Foreign Direct Investment in Kuwait’s history.
