Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on a PLN 350 million loan granted to Qair, an independent renewable energy producer and supplier, under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
The financing will support the construction of three renewable energy projects: a wind farm in Jenków (Lower Silesia) and two solar farms in Grudziądz (Kuyavian Pomeranian Voivodeship) and Wierzbica (Masovian Voivodeship), with a combined capacity of 203 MW.
