Clifford Chance has advised Barentz, a leading global life science and specialty performance ingredients distributor, in relation to a new multi jurisdiction trade receivables securitisation programme. This programme involved several subsidiaries of the Barentz group located in France, England, the Netherlands, Canada and the United States.
The cross-border Clifford Chance team was led by partner Nienke van Stekelenburgh and further consisted of Ksenia Kuznetsova, Ena Talic, Nolan Groenland and Robin Houtveen in Amsterdam, Julien Rocherieux, Clara Rochowski, Pierre Goyat and Pascale Ekue in Paris, Simeon Radcliff, Simon Connor, Neelasha Nemani, Chris Davies, Simon Corzberg and Cameron Dwyer in London and Gareth Old, Peter Manno, Michelle Verkhoglaz, Avrohom Gelber and Rick Thoben in New York.
