Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander on the green project refinancing of approximately
EUR37 million in relation to the existing debt of the wind farm “Las Majas VI A”, with a total nominal capacity of 49.5 MW, sponsored by the Forestalia Group.
The Clifford Chance cross-practice team was led by Global Financial Markets Partner José Guardo, together with associates Gabriel Miranda, Claudia de Olaran and Lucia Dominguez.
