Clifford Chance advises Bain Capital on the acquisition of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield entered into an agreement for the sale of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel—including both the operating company and the real estate—to a consortium composed of Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Bain Capital, and QuinSpark.
