International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Amundi Real Estate on the sale of Cube 10, the Hamburg Convent Parc office building, for an undisclosed price. The purchaser is Ofi Invest Real Estate, a French asset manager.
The property is in the central business district of Hamburg. It provides 9,500 m² of flexible office space, with an average remaining term of around five years.
