Clifford Chance has advised a pool of lenders, with CaixaBank acting as agent, on the EUR193 million faciliy granted to Autopistas del Atlántico Concesionaria Española (AUDASA), the concessionaire for motorway AP-9 from Ferrol to Tui in the Spanish region Galicia.
The syndicated facility is earmarked to refinance AUDASA’s tax-qualified bonds issuance for the same amount.
