Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Windstorm Trading & Investments and Zakłady Farmaceutyczne “POLPHARMA” on the EUR 150 million and PLN 2.5 billion financing in the form of term and revolving facilities granted by a consortium of banks (including BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Caixabank, S.A. Oddział w Polsce, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, ING Bank Śląski S.A., ING Bank N.V., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., mBank S.A., Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. and Santander Bank Polska S.A.).
