
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised on a transaction in which Pepco Group obtained €770 million financing from a syndicate of 10 banks. The new term facilities will be used to refinance the Group’s current indebtedness. The revolving credit facility will be available for general corporate purposes and as a liquidity reserve for the Group.
