International law firm Clifford Chance advised a consortium of banks composed of mBank S.A. (as facility agent, security agent, lender and arranger), Bank Pekao S.A., PKO BP S.A. and Haitong Bank, S.A., Oddział w Polsce (as lenders and arrangers) in connection with the closing of the acquisition finance transaction relating to the acquisition of a portion of logistics assets and part of the bitumen business from Grupa Lotos S.A. by Unimot Investments sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of Unimot S.A.).

The Clifford Chance team led by Mateusz Chruściak (Counsel) was composed of Wojciech Wątor (Associate), Aleksandra Białyszewska (Junior Associate), Joanna Korycińska (Trainee) and Mateusz Leleno (Trainee). Andrzej Stosio (Partner) exercised substantive supervision over the transaction.
