Baker McKenzie Cairo Advises Banque Misr on EGP 10 Billion Real Estate Financing for Founders Real Estate Marketing

Baker McKenzie Cairo has advised Banque Misr S.A.E in connection with an EGP 10 billion bilateral long-term real estate financing extended to Founders Real Estate Marketing S.A.E, a subsidiary of Hyde Park Developments, marking one of the largest bilateral financings in the Egyptian market.

The facility will finance the acquisition of a residential project owned by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), reinforcing ongoing investment in Egypt’s real estate sector.
The Baker McKenzie team advised Banque Misr in its capacity as lender on all aspects of the transaction.
