Baker McKenzie advised PSP Swiss Property AG (“PSP”) on the purchase of the current headquarters of Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) SA (“Edmond de Rothschild”) at Rue de Hesse 18 in Geneva in a sale and leaseback transaction.
Baker McKenzie advised PSP on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
