
Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Norline AG (“Norline”), a Swiss provider of technical building services backed by independent European private equity group Argos, on the acquisition of a majority stake in engitec AG (“engitec”), a Swiss company active in the renewable energy sector. Through this transaction, Norline further expands its capabilities in sustainable energy infrastructure and strengthens its position in the Swiss building technology market.
