Baker McKenzie advises Comet Group on CHF 60 million multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement

Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as counsel to Comet Holding AG in connection with its new CHF 60 million multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement with Zürcher Kantonalbank as mandated lead arranger, as well as a syndicate of banks as lenders.

Comet is a world-leading Swiss technology company in the plasma control and x-ray space. Comet employs over 1,700 people worldwide.

Baker McKenzie advised Comet on all legal aspects of the deal.
