Baker McKenzie Switzerland AG advised B+G Schweiz AG, a company backed by Swiss investors Patrimonium Private Equity and EGS Beteiligungen AG and leading gardening and landscaping company in Switzerland, on the acquisition of Garten Holenstein AG.
B+G Schweiz AG was founded in 2021 with the aim of becoming the national market leader in the gardening and landscaping sector in Switzerland. The company focuses on professional consulting, planning, construction and maintenance of gardens and sports facilities for companies, private individuals and public institutions.
Founded in 1982, Garten Holenstein AG is a well-established gardening and landscaping company with around 35 employees at its Rapperswil-Jona site. Following the acquisition, B+G will be able to expand its presence in the city of Zurich and in the greater Lake Zurich area.
