Baker McKenzie advised Luzerner Kantonalbank in connection with GarLa Group financing

GarLa Group is a group of gardening and landscaping companies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Germany with a supra-regional network. GarLa Group currently employs over 780 people at 16 locations.

Baker McKenzie advised the financing parties on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.

Lukas Glanzmann and Markus Wolf (both banking and finance, Zurich) led the Baker McKenzie team, which included Sammy Guidoum, Jan Lusti and Matteo Ritzinger (all banking and finance, Zurich), Andrea Bolliger (tax, Zurich), as well as Matthias Toeke and Diren Aksu (both banking and finance, Frankfurt aM).
