A&O has advised Bridgepoint owned Qualitest, the world’s leading AI-powered quality engineering company, on the debt financing of its acquisition of Q Analysts, a US-based quality engineering provider that works with many Fortune 500 companies and helps bring the best technology products to the market.
The acquisition will add significant expertise in quality engineering for cutting-edge technologies to Qualitest, marking their sixth strategic acquisition in two years.
The A&O leveraged finance team was led by Robin Harvey, Nick Hallam and Giacomo Geronico Orlandi.
