ANM Global bolsters its IBC Disputes practice with the addition of Shikha Goenka Ginodia

Shikha Goenka Ginodia has joined law firm ANM Global as a Partner in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Practice.

Shikha was a partner with Dua Associates and has previously worked in law firms such as ALMT Legal and corporates like Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited apart from running her own independent practice. 

She brings over 15 years of experience as a disputes practitioner including the last 7 years having a specific focus on resolution of distressed assets. Shikha has appeared before various courts and NCLT’s across the country. 

Shikha’s arrival would allow ANM Global, with 15 partners and 5 offices across 4 major Indian cities, to offer its clients one of the most specialised disputes offerings.
