Allen & Overy has advised the guaranteed creditors in relation to the sale of Airone shopping centre in Monselice (Padua) by Kryalos, on behalf of Fondo Dante.
The A&O team on the transaction was led by partner Pietro Scarfone and comprised senior associate Marco Mazzola, associate Chiara D’Andolfo and legal intern Francesco Balli.
